NEED A PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINER AND COACH?
MY STORY
With having fit and spiritual parents; I naturally became an atheletic
child. My mother invented vegan reciepes and my dad was a blackbelt
martial artist instructor sometimes training police men. I scored above
superior fitness in track distance running at FAU University as a Cali girl
transfer from CSUN University. Running through the hills of Jamaica’s
roads inwhich I never traveled on before . For miles i stayed behind two
boys who lead the race. AS A FEMALE I was doing good but i had to stay
behind because i did’nt know where to go. Catching a second breath or
wind gave me the boost I NEEDED durning exhastion. I WON AS FIRST
GIRL but lol you know the story really first at famous WEST INDEIES
College University in Jamaica. Sparing and self defense during criminal
acts, moveing and lifting, childbearing and living. My body kicked..........
